Free email deliverability test: send one email, see what servers see

Send one email to a one-off address and see what a receiving mail server sees: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, tracking, links and the words themselves. Free, no sign-up, and we never keep the message.

1. Get your one-off test address. 2. Send it one email from the mailbox you want to test, the way you send cold email. 3. See what a receiving server sees, in seconds.

What does this email deliverability test check?

The same things a receiving server checks before it decides where your email goes. SPF: is the server that sent it allowed to send for your domain? DKIM: is it signed, and signed by your domain? DMARC: does either line up with the From address, and what does your domain tell receivers to do if not? Then the habits that cost cold email: tracking pixels, too many links or images, no unsubscribe header, and the words, scored by our cold email checker.

How is this different from the domain checker?

The domain checker reads your DNS records. This test reads a real email. A domain can publish a perfect DKIM record while your sending tool signs with its own domain instead, and only a real message shows that. Run both.

Does passing this cold email deliverability test mean I reach the inbox?

Not on its own. Passing authentication is the entry ticket. Gmail and Outlook then weigh the domain's reputation, which is built by warm-up and kept by low bounce and complaint rates. A brand-new domain can pass every check here and still land in spam until it has a history. Our guide to testing cold email deliverability covers seed tests and Postmaster Tools for the reputation side.

What happens to the email I send?

It is read once, the results are saved, and the message is thrown away. We keep the verdicts for 24 hours so the report loads, then delete them too. Each address works once, for one hour.
