Cold email infrastructure

We build, warm, watch and repair your cold email infrastructure.

Domains. DNS. Mailboxes. Warm-up. Protection. Monitoring. Recovery. Most people stitch these together from four or five tools and then babysit them. Pipefire builds the whole setup for you, keeps it healthy, and steps in when part of it slips, so your real domain never touches cold email.

  1. 1We list every sending domain and mailbox in one place.
  2. 2We write and check every DNS record for you.
  3. 3You see progress while we set up new domains.

When part of it breaks

A mailbox slips into spam

We take it out of sending and put it back into warm-up. The rest keep sending.

A bad list causes bounces

We pause sending at 3% bounces, before the domain is damaged for good.

A domain is burned

On Pro and Scale, we replace it, set it up and warm it for you. On Standard, you recover it in one click.

Questions

What is cold email infrastructure?

Everything that has to exist before a cold email can reach an inbox: separate sending domains, their DNS records, the mailboxes, a warm-up history, and something watching the numbers once sending starts.

Why not send cold email from my main domain?

Complaints and bounces from cold email count against the domain that sent it. On your main domain that can push your everyday email, like invoices and quotes, into spam.

Who owns the sending domains?

Pipefire buys and holds them as part of the service, and they are included in the monthly price. Your main domain stays yours and never sends cold email.

What happens if a domain gets burned?

It is pulled from sending straight away. On Pro and Scale a replacement is bought, set up and warmed for you; on Standard you choose the recovery in one click.
