Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Pipefire, the managed cold email infrastructure service operated by M&B Marketing SARL ("Pipefire", "we", "us"). By signing up you agree to them.

The service

Pipefire registers sending domains, provisions mailboxes, warms them, sends cold email campaigns on your behalf, and surfaces replies. You provide your business details and approve the copy; we run the infrastructure.

Your obligations

You agree that:

The business and contact details you provide are accurate.
You have a lawful basis to contact the people you contact, and you will use the service in line with the laws that apply to you.
You will not use Pipefire for B2C marketing, spam, phishing, fraud, or any unlawful content.
You will honour every opt-out and every reply requesting no further contact.

We may pause or terminate your account if your sending endangers our shared infrastructure or breaks these terms.

Contact-form outreach

Contact-form outreach is off by default and is enabled only when you ask for it and accept these additional conditions:

B2B only. You will use it only for prospects acting in a professional capacity, never consumers.
Relevant and identified. Each message is relevant to the recipient's professional role, identifies you, and carries a real reply address.
One message, ever. We enforce a single submission per business across all customers, and we will not send a second message to anyone who asks to stop.
Your responsibility. You remain responsible for the lawfulness of the contact, as with email.

Because a contact form has no unsubscribe button, we enforce these limits in the send path rather than relying on an opt-out the channel does not offer.

Domains and data

Sending domains and mailboxes are registered and held by us as part of the service. That is what lets us replace a burned one the same day. They carry your brand and campaigns while you are a customer, but they are our inventory and are not transferred when you leave. Your own company domain stays entirely yours and is never used to send cold email.
You own the prospect data you bring; we process it as your processor under the data processing agreement.
You grant us the limited right to process that data to deliver the service.

Payment

Fees are flat monthly rates, billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are on the pricing page.
Domains and mailboxes are included in your tier; you are not billed extra for them unless you opt into a paid add-on.
If a payment fails we mark your subscription past due and ask you to fix it. If it remains unpaid, we may suspend the service.

Cancellation

Plans are month to month, with no minimum term. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Service continues to the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again. Payments already made are not refunded for the part of a month after you cancel. When the period ends we stop sending for you, retire the sending domains from your account, and return or delete your data per the data processing agreement.

Deliverability

Cold email deliverability depends on factors outside our control: recipient mail providers, list quality, and your own sending behaviour. We run warmup, verification and automatic pause thresholds, but we cannot guarantee inbox placement for any specific message.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Warranties

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, but we do operate it with reasonable care.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. The courts of Paris have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
