We sort every reply and draft an answer to the good ones.

Out-of-office notices, bounces and "no thanks" bury the replies that matter. Pipefire sorts every reply, brings interested prospects, questions and referrals to the top, tells you straight away and drafts an answer. You read it, change what you like and press send.

  1. 1We put warm replies at the top and notify you.
  2. 2We draft a reply for you to edit and send.
  3. 3We file away out-of-office notices, declines and bounces.

What you get

We flag every warm reply

Interested prospects, questions and referrals are pulled out and you are notified, then reminded if you have not answered.

We file away the noise

Out-of-office notices, auto-replies and bounces are filed away on their own. They are there if you look, never in your way.

We draft your answer

A reply is drafted for every warm message. You keep the final word, because a human always presses send.

How it works

01

We read every reply

Each one is sorted into one of eight kinds, from interested to out-of-office.

02

We put warm replies first

Interested, question and referral replies go to the top and you get a notification.

03

We draft an answer

For those three kinds only. Declines, unsubscribes and auto-replies are never answered.

04

You send it

Read, edit, send. If a warm reply waits too long, you get a reminder.

What runs on its own, and what you decide

Pipefire does this for you

  • Sorting every reply
  • Notifying you about warm replies
  • Drafting an answer to warm replies
  • Honoring unsubscribes and stopping follow-ups

You stay in charge of

  • Every reply that goes out
  • Editing or discarding any draft
  • Booking the call

When something goes wrong

A reply is sorted into the wrong pile

Nothing is deleted: every reply stays in the inbox, and when the sorting is unsure you are notified anyway, so a warm reply is never filed away unseen.

A warm reply sits unanswered

You get a reminder after a day, and again after a week.

Someone says "remove me" inside an out-of-office

Removal wins. The address is suppressed, even if the message looked automatic.

An example, with an invented business

Sam's inbox on a Tuesday

  1. 09:12Eleven replies overnight. Seven are out-of-office notices, filed away.
  2. 09:12One "not now, thanks": the follow-ups for that prospect stop.
  3. 09:13Two interested, one question. Sam is notified, each with a draft ready.
  4. 09:20Sam tweaks two drafts, sends three replies and books a call.

Does Pipefire reply to prospects on its own?

No. It drafts a reply, and a person always presses send. The reply goes out under your name, so you keep the final word.

What happens to unsubscribe requests?

They are honored automatically and the person is never emailed again. They are never answered or argued with.

Do I have to log in to see replies?

You are notified when a warm reply arrives, and reminded if it waits, so you only log in when there is something worth answering.
