Your outbound team

Eight agents do the work of an outbound team. You take the calls.

Cold email is eight different jobs. Pipefire gives each one to its own agent, running day and night, and you can watch every one of them work in your console. When this guide or an email says "our agent Scout", this is who that is.

  1. 1Eight agents, each with one job.
  2. 2You see what each is doing, live, in your console.
  3. 3Chief checks the whole team is working.

What you get

Every job has an owner

Finding prospects, checking them, building mailboxes, warming, sending, guarding, replying and supervising. Nothing falls between tools.

They work while you sleep

Each agent runs on a schedule around the clock, whether or not you are logged in.

You can watch them

Your console shows what each agent did and when, in plain words. Every line is a real action on your account.

How it works

01

Scout finds the businesses

Searches maps results, business directories and Google for the trade and area you pick.

02

Sift finds the right person

Reads each business's website for an email address and the owner or manager's name, and checks the address works.

03

Relay and Ember build and warm

Relay sets up your sending domains and mailboxes. Ember warms them for 14 days before any cold email.

04

Post, Sentinel, Scribe and Chief run it

Post sends at a safe pace. Sentinel pauses anything risky. Scribe sorts replies and drafts answers. Chief checks the whole team is working.

What runs on its own, and what you decide

Pipefire does this for you

  • Finding and checking prospects
  • Building and warming mailboxes
  • Sending at a safe pace
  • Sorting replies and drafting answers

You stay in charge of

  • Who you want as clients
  • Approving every email before it sends
  • Pressing send on every reply
  • Pausing everything at any time

When something goes wrong

An agent stops working

Chief notices within the hour and our team is told. You see it in your console too.

Sending gets risky

Sentinel pauses the mailbox straight away, before it harms the rest.

A reply needs a human

Scribe puts it at the top of your inbox with a drafted answer and tells you.

An example, with an invented business

One night for a dental marketing agency

  1. 22:00Scout maps 1,247 dental practices around Austin.

  3. 09:00Post starts the day's sends, paced to their working hours.
  4. 14:20A dentist replies "timing is good". Scribe drafts the answer and tells you.

Questions

Are the agents people?

No. They are software, each built for one job, with hard rules in code. Our team watches the fleet and steps in when something needs a person.

Can an agent send something I did not approve?

No. Nothing sends until you approve the emails, and Scribe only drafts replies. You press send.

Can an agent spend my money?

No. Anything that costs money is shown to you first.

Your real domain never touches cold email.

Separate domains, warmed and watched for you, so the domain your clients email stays clean.
