Prospect finding

You pick a trade and an area. We find the businesses and their email addresses.

Bought lists are stale, shared with every other sender and full of dead addresses, which is how domains get burned. Pipefire finds your prospects fresh: the businesses in the area you pick, the owner or manager where we can find them, and an email address checked before it is ever sent to.

  1. 1We find businesses fresh in the trade and area you pick.
  2. 2We show where we found each one, from public sources.
  3. 3We verify every address. No public email means we skip it, never guess.
Example screen with invented businesses: prospects found in one area, where each was found and whether the address passed verification.

What you get

We find them, you buy no list

Prospects are included. You do not pay for a database or a credits plan on top.

We search fresh, every time

Found the day you ask, so you are not emailing the same contacts every other tool sells.

We verify before you send

Every address is verified shortly before it is emailed, so closed businesses and dead inboxes never reach your mailboxes.

How it works

01

You pick a trade and an area

For example, property managers in Denver. Add more areas whenever you like.

02

We search for the businesses

Google Maps, LinkedIn and industry registers, depending on the trade.

03

We find the contact

Each business website is visited for an email address, with the owner or manager name where it is published.

04

We verify before sending

Every address is checked again shortly before it is emailed. Ones that fail are dropped.

What runs on its own, and what you decide

Pipefire does this for you

  • Searching for businesses in your area
  • Finding the contact and their email address
  • Verifying every address before it is emailed
  • Skipping anyone who has opted out

You stay in charge of

  • Which trades and areas to target
  • Adding or removing areas at any time
  • Who your ideal customer is, in the brief

When something goes wrong

An area has few businesses

You are told how many were found, and offered nearby areas rather than padding the list.

A business has no public email

It is skipped. Pipefire never guesses an address and sends to it.

An address fails verification

It is dropped before sending, so a bad address never counts against your bounce rate.

An example, with an invented business

Property managers in Denver

  1. MorningSam picks "property managers" and "Denver".
  2. Same dayHundreds of local businesses found across Maps, LinkedIn and registers.
  3. Same dayContact details found on their websites; failing addresses dropped.
  4. Next weekdayThe first verified prospects receive their first email.

Questions

Where do the prospects come from?

Public sources searched for you that day: Google Maps, LinkedIn and industry registers, then each business website for the contact details. Nothing comes from a bought database.

Can I upload my own list?

Pipefire is built around finding prospects for you, because a fresh, verified list is what keeps your domains safe. Talk to us if you have a list you want to use.

What kinds of businesses can you find?

Businesses with a public footprint: a listing, a website or a company page. Local and trade businesses work especially well.

Your real domain never touches cold email.

Separate domains, warmed and watched for you, so the domain your clients email stays clean.
