No email address? We reach them through the contact form on their website.
Plenty of small businesses never publish an email address. Most tools skip them, so nobody else is reaching them either. In our own searches about 1 in 5 businesses with no email address had a contact form on their website. Pipefire finds that form and, when you switch it on, sends your approved first email through it once.

- 3Your approved message goes through their own form, once.
What you get
Reach the ones others skip
A business with no public email is usually a business nobody is cold emailing. A form gets your message to them.
A person reads it
Contact forms land with whoever runs the business or its front desk, not in a shared inbox that nobody checks.
Off until you switch it on
Nothing goes through a form unless you switch it on in Settings and accept the conditions. You can switch it off any time.
How it works
We look for a form while finding prospects
When a business has a website but no email address, its contact page is checked for a form with a message box.
Email always comes first
The form is used only when there is no email address we can send to. Used only when a business has no email address we can send to.
Your approved message, once
Sends your approved first email, once, through the form on their own website. It is your first email, written for that business, signed with your name and a real reply address.
Never a second message
Never a follow-up through the form, and never to anyone who has opted out. One message per business, across every Pipefire customer.
Replies come to you
They answer by email or phone, like any other prospect, and land in your inbox.
What runs on its own, and what you decide
Pipefire does this for you
- Finding contact forms on business websites
- Using the form only when there is no email address
- Sending one message per business, never two
- Skipping anyone who has opted out
You stay in charge of
- Whether contact forms are on at all
- The message, which you approve with your campaign
- Switching it off at any time
When something goes wrong
A website is down
It is tried again on a later pass. After three failed tries it is skipped, so dead sites never hold up your campaign.
The form is broken or blocked
Nothing is sent and the business is not counted as contacted. It is not retried through the form.
They reply asking you to stop
They are never contacted again, by form or by email, by you or any other Pipefire customer.

Questions
Is it switched on for me?
No. It is off until you switch it on in Settings and accept four short conditions: businesses only, relevant and identified, one message ever, and you stay responsible for the contact, as you are with email.
Will you send follow-ups through the form?
Never. A form has no unsubscribe button, so it gets one message, once. Follow-ups only happen by email, and only if they have an email address.
Does it replace email?
No. Email always comes first. The form is only used for a business where there is no email address we can send to.
What if a business asks you to stop?
They are added to the do-not-contact list for every channel and every Pipefire customer, and never contacted again.
