Setup

We buy your sending domains and set up your mailboxes.

Cold email from your main domain can push your everyday email into spam. Pipefire buys 10 separate domains that look like your brand, creates 20 mailboxes with your name on them and gets every record right. You skip a weekend of DNS, and your real domain stays safe.

  1. 1We list every sending domain and mailbox in one place.
  2. 2We write and check every DNS record for you.
  3. 3You see progress while we set up new domains.

What you get

Your real domain stays clean

Cold email goes out from separate domains, so your invoices, quotes and client emails keep reaching the inbox.

We write every DNS record

SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX are written and published for every domain. Nothing is typed by hand, so nothing is mistyped.

We test every mailbox first

Every mailbox is tested end to end after setup. A broken one is caught that day, not on the morning of your first campaign.

How it works

01

We suggest the names

Domains close to your brand, such as getyourbrand.com, so prospects recognize you. You approve the list.

02

We buy and configure them

We register the domains, publish the DNS records and point each one at your real website.

03

We create the mailboxes

Two mailboxes per domain, with your name and title on them. Credentials go straight into sending.

04

We test, then warm

Each mailbox is verified, then warm-up starts on its own.

What runs on its own, and what you decide

Pipefire does this for you

  • Buying the domains and renewing them
  • Writing and publishing every DNS record
  • Creating the mailboxes and connecting them
  • Testing every mailbox end to end

You stay in charge of

  • Approving the domain names before anything is bought
  • The name and title on each mailbox
  • Where each domain forwards to

When something goes wrong

A record does not publish

It is retried and checked again. The domain is not marked ready until every record resolves.

A mailbox fails its test

It is kept out of sending and fixed or rebuilt before it counts towards your setup.

A name is no longer available

A fresh suggestion is checked and offered to you, so nothing is bought that you did not approve.

An example, with an invented business

Brightside Roofing signs up on a Monday

  1. Monday, 10:05Ten names like getbrightsideroofing.com are suggested. Sam approves them in one click.
  2. Monday, 10:20Domains bought, DNS published, two mailboxes per domain created.
  3. Monday, afternoonEvery mailbox tested. One slow DNS record is retried and passes.
  4. TuesdayAll 20 mailboxes start warm-up. Sam has not touched a DNS screen.

Questions

Who owns the sending domains?

Pipefire buys and holds the sending domains as part of the service, and they are included in your monthly price. Your main business domain stays yours and is never used for cold email.

Will prospects know the email is from my business?

Yes. The domains are close to your brand name and each one forwards to your real website, so a prospect who checks lands on your site.

How long does setup take?

Setup runs in the background on the day you sign up. Then every mailbox warms for 14 days before it sends cold email.
