Wake up to your next clients saying yes.
Push-button cold email. A full outbound team that you approve and never manage.
Pipefire buys the domains, warms the mailboxes, finds and verifies the prospects, writes the emails, sends them and sorts the replies. When someone says yes, your answer is already drafted. You press approve.
A few questions at sign-up. No DNS, no tools to learn, and no bought lists: every prospect is found fresh for you.

Watch us take you from sign-up to your first meeting.
Twenty-one days, played in forty seconds, for an example agency. Drag through it and count how many of the steps are yours.
We do the work. Your part fits in a lunch break.
Over the first 21 days, we work around the clock. You spend about 16 minutes of it. The rest of the time, eight agents do the work and you watch the replies come in.
- 1Day 0 · 10 minutesAnswer a few questions, tick the domain and sender names you like.
- 2Day 14 · 5 minutesRead your first emails before they go, if you want to.
- 3Day 19 · one clickApprove the drafted reply. The meeting books itself.
We send from our domains, so yours never sends a cold email.
Cold email wears out domains, so we run it on ours, built to be replaced. Watch us catch one and pull it below. You would hear about it in a notification, after we handled it.
Your invoices, contracts and client mail stay exactly where they are. Replies land in your Pipefire inbox. Sending never touches this domain.
We cost less than an agency and take less work than doing it yourself.
Cold email tools are cheap, but you become the person running them. Agencies run it for you, at $3,000 a month or more. We do the running, for less than either.

What our mailboxes could win you in signed clients.
Every step below is either what we build for you or a published industry range. Tell us what a client is worth and follow the chain.

The first three numbers are what Pipefire builds and sends. The last three are assumptions, printed next to each number, not a promise. We have no customer results to show yet and will not make any up. The same maths, worked for three agency types, is on the use cases page.
One flat monthly price. We include everything.

What people ask us before they sign up.
What do I actually have to do?
Answer a few questions at sign-up, then approve the domain names we propose. After that the system runs without you until replies land in your inbox.
Is what I see in the console real?
Yes. Every line in the live feed is a real action a worker took on your account. Nothing on the logged-in side is a demo. The homepage replay and the example on this page are illustrations, and they are labelled that way.
Where do the prospects come from?
We find them fresh for you. When you pick a niche and an area, we search Google Maps, LinkedIn and industry registers for it that day, visit each business website to find an email address, add the owner or manager name where we can, and check every address again shortly before it is sent to. Nothing comes from a bought database, so you are not emailing the same stale contacts every other tool sells, and a closed business or a dead inbox never reaches your mailboxes.
Will this make my agency look like a spammer?
No. Every email goes to a verified decision-maker who fits the client profile you gave us, carries your name and a working opt-out, and is written to sound like one person emailing another. Volume starts at two a day per mailbox and rises to 30 over the 14-day warmup, only as engagement allows.
Is cold email legal?
In the UK, EU and US, B2B cold email is legal when you identify yourself, provide a working opt-out and honour it. Every message we send carries a List-Unsubscribe header and a visible opt-out, and suppression is enforced before send rather than after.
Why not just send from my own domain?
Because cold email damages sender reputation, and that damage is permanent enough to matter. Once your primary domain is filtered, your invoices, contracts and client mail are filtered with it. Pipefire keeps the sending on domains that are designed to be replaced.
What happens when a domain burns?
It is pulled from rotation automatically and a replacement is provisioned, configured and warmed without you doing anything. On Pro and Scale the replacement is automatic. On Standard we do it manually for you, at no extra cost.
How long until I can send?
14 days on Standard. That is the warmup, and skipping it is why most cold email fails. On Pro and Scale your infrastructure comes from a pool that has already been warming, so the first send goes out the day you sign.
Do I own the domains?
No. The sending domains are registered and held by us, which is what lets us replace a burned one the same day instead of asking you to buy another. They carry your brand and your campaigns, but they are our inventory. Your own company domain stays entirely yours and never sends cold email.
Switch us on tonight. Wake up to a team already working for you.
About ten minutes on your side. Everything after that, you watch.
