Watch Pipefire take an agency from sign-up to its first meeting.
Twenty-one days, played in forty seconds, for an example agency. Drag through it and count how many of the steps are yours.
Pipefire does the work. Your part fits in a lunch break.
Over your first 21 days, Pipefire runs around the clock and you spend about 16 minutes on it: one short brief, one list of domain names to tick, and one click per reply. The rest of the time, eight software agents do the work and you watch the replies come in.
- 1Day 0 · 10 minutesAnswer a few questions, tick the domain and sender names you like.

We send from our domains, so yours never sends a cold email.
Cold email wears out domains, so Pipefire runs it on separate ones, built to be replaced. Watch it catch one and pull it below. You would hear about it in a notification, after it was handled.
Your invoices, contracts and client mail stay exactly where they are. Replies land in your Pipefire inbox. Sending never touches this domain.
What your mailboxes could win you in signed clients.

Built for agencies that sell to other businesses.
- You run an SEO, web design, PPC or lead gen agency, or another service business that sells to businesses
- One new client is worth more to you than $497 a month
- You are happy to take sales calls, but not to run the outreach
- You can wait 14 days for new mailboxes to warm up properly
- You sell to consumers. Pipefire only emails businesses.
- You need cold emails going out tomorrow
- You want to upload a list you bought. Pipefire finds every prospect fresh.
- You want to adjust every sending setting by hand. Pipefire makes those calls for you, so a manual sending tool will suit you better.

I built Pipefire because cold email was the hard part of selling my own service.
I've done SEO since 2006 and ran an agency, so I know the month when a big client leaves and the pipeline is empty. When I started selling my AI search service with cold email, the writing wasn't the problem. The setup was: ten domains, forty-odd DNS records, twenty mailboxes, two weeks of warm-up and five tools with five bills. Then, once it was all running, what do you actually put in the subject line?
So I built software that does all of it. Now it can do it for your agency.
What people ask us before they sign up.
Is Pipefire software or a service?
Software. You get a login, and the work is done by eight software agents with hard rules in code, not by people writing your emails. You see every step in your dashboard, approve every email before it sends and cancel from your billing page. Our team watches the system and replaces burned domains, the way a hosting company replaces a failed server.
Is there a free trial?
No. Every new mailbox needs 14 days of warm-up before it can send a cold email, so a short trial would end before your first email went out. If you want to judge the prospect data first, get 50 free leads in your niche.
What do I actually have to do?
Answer a few questions at sign-up, then approve the domain names Pipefire suggests. After that it runs without you until replies land in your inbox.
Is what I see in the dashboard real?
Yes. Every line in the live feed is a real action an agent took on your account. Nothing on the logged-in side is a demo. The homepage replay and the example on this page are illustrations, and they are labelled that way.
Where do the prospects come from?
Pipefire finds them fresh. When you pick a niche and an area, it searches Google Maps, LinkedIn and industry registers for it that day, visits each business website to find an email address, adds the owner or manager name where it can, and verifies every address before it joins your list. Nothing comes from a bought database, so you are not emailing the same stale contacts every other tool sells, and a dead inbox never reaches your mailboxes.
Will this make my agency look like a spammer?
No. Every email goes to a business that fits the client profile you gave us, to the owner by name where Pipefire can find one, at a verified address. It carries your name and a working opt-out, and is written to sound like one person emailing another. No cold email goes out during the 14-day warm-up. After that each mailbox starts at 5 a day and rises to 30, and only while its warm-up mail keeps landing in the inbox.
Is cold email legal?
In the UK, EU and US, B2B cold email is legal when you identify yourself, provide a working opt-out and honor it. Every message Pipefire sends carries a List-Unsubscribe header and a visible opt-out, and suppression is enforced before send rather than after.
Why not do cold email myself?
You can, but you become the person running it. It takes about $270 to $500 a month in tools (domains, mailboxes, a sending and warm-up tool, verification and lead data), 8 to 20 hours to set up, and a few hours every week after that: building lists, writing, watching bounces and replacing burned domains. Pipefire does all of that for about ten minutes of your time.
Why not just send from my own domain?
Because cold email damages sender reputation, and that damage is permanent enough to matter. Once your primary domain is filtered, your invoices, contracts and client mail are filtered with it. Pipefire keeps the sending on domains that are designed to be replaced.
What happens when a domain burns?
It is pulled from rotation straight away, so the rest keep sending. A replacement is set up and warmed for you, at no extra cost.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your billing page. Plans are month to month with no minimum term. You keep the service to the end of the month you paid for and are not charged again.
How long until I can send?
14 days. That is the warm-up, and skipping it is why most cold email fails. It starts the day you sign up, and you can read and approve your first campaign while it runs.
Do I own the domains?
No. The sending domains are registered and held by Pipefire, which is what lets a burned one be replaced at no cost instead of asking you to buy another. They carry your brand and your campaigns, but they are our inventory. Your own company domain stays entirely yours and never sends cold email.
Wake up to your next clients saying yes.
About ten minutes to set up. After that, you approve emails and take calls.
